What is it?

Our Wearer Self Purchase (WSP) programme allows members of an organisation to manage, purchase theri required uniform at affordable prices to top up thoer allowance and allocations to keep them looking smart, feeling great while represented your brand, university or team. We want to make ensuring your people have the correct garments, that look good, feel great and allow them to complete the task involved with thier role.

Who is it for?

WSP can be utitilised by a range of businesess of varying sizes. If you wish the members of your organisation to purchase and top up thier uniform garments and ensure they meet the specification and pass on the benefit of discoutned goods, then your orgnaisation can benefit from enrolling with WSP.

How it works

  • You will be provided with am ordering portal with your branding to ensure continituy with your organisation and to provide reassurance with your members.
  • The portal will be populated with your chosen bespoke and catalogue standard products, at your agreed pricing.
  • A member or small  number of mebers of your organisation will be granted administrator rights ( eg HR/Purchasing manager or Course Tutor/adminsitrator)
  • The administrator with have the ability to manage the access rigths of the users:
    • Upload list of users by CSV or manual input
    • Add those new users to the correct roles or cohorts with in the organisation map ( this will ensure users can purchase the garments they require than an all garments available,for example, a nursing student will require a tunic, a paramedic student will require, a shirt or polo shirt.
    • Send users an email from the portal inviting them to activate thier account
    • Once activated and signed in, the user can purchase their garments using Debit or Credit card.
    • If and when a user leaves your organisation or course, the administrator can remove them from the portal and revoking access.
